ACC Cricket Club Philosophy for younger players.
It is intended that all children who register and play for the
club develop both cricket and social skills.
All players should be provided with the opportunity to bat and bowl in every game as far
as possible.
It is not a primary objective to win competitions.
Our success is judged by the number of children who return to play with the club in
subsequent years and who feel
that they belong to the club.
